This registration session will allow you to:

• Sign up for participation
• Submit payment
• Continue by sIgning-in or create a SportsEngine user account at the bottom of this page

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. You should be prepared to provide medical information and insurance data which will be used to generate consent and player medical release forms.

Payment Information

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from REG.NGIN.COM.

Required Information

• Child's name
• Date of birth
• Allergies or medical conditions (if any)
• Insurance information (name of insurance company, policy number, group number)

Grassroots Soccer Program Details and Information

Registrant agrees to membership for one program. This Grassroots program membership shall terminate on July 18, 2025. 

Failure to make payments or maintain a current account status may jeopardize member benefits.
