Welcome to Player Registration for Metros Travel Soccer 2024! This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is entered accurately. A player's name and date of birth must match with the player's birth certificate. You should be prepared to provide medical information and insurance data which will be used to generate consent and player medical release forms.
Please note: Player uniform kits are an additional required purchase. The club will follow up to provide uniform ordering site information and instructions for ordering. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from REG.NGIN.COM.
All participants must complete required waivers before participating in any programs with Gates Youth Soccer. Waivers in this application include Zero Tolerance Policy and Media Release.
Registrant agrees to membership for one season. The 2023-2024 seasonal membership shall begin August 1, 2023 and terminate on July 31, 2024.
Failure to make payments or maintain a current account status may jeopardize member benefits. Gates Youth Soccer reserves the right to withhold a player pass, and/or restrict participation until accounts are in good status. Other restrictions may apply.
Membership and registration fees are non-refundable. Fees incurred as part of team dues, either whole, or in partial, are non-refundable.
